Every package includes a Spring Start-Up and a Fall Blow-Out — the non-negotiable book-ends for any Toronto-area sprinkler system. You should know exactly what you're paying for. Here is a plain-English summary of every visit type in the packages above.
April – June
We turn the water back on, pressurise every zone, walk the property to inspect the sprinkler heads, check the controller and rain sensor, replace any seasonal wear items, and program the system for the new growing season.
July – August
A targeted check-in once your gardens are filling out. We re-aim heads as the planting grows in, adjust runtimes if rainfall has been unusual, top up any settings the homeowner has questions about, and verify that every zone is still delivering uniform coverage.
September – November
Compressed air clears standing water from every line and head. This single visit is the difference between a system that lasts between 15 and 20+ years and one that splits a pipe over the first hard freeze. Required on every Toronto-area property regardless of package tier.

Which package do most customers choose?
The Pro Package — it covers the two seasonal book-ends and adds one mid-season visit, which is the right amount of attention for most residential properties in the GTA. The Ultimate is a step up for owners with larger lots or extensive plantings.
Are the package prices fixed?
Each customer's price depends on the zone count and system size on their property. We confirm the actual figure during a quote — and the discount percentage applies to that base.
Can I change tiers mid-season?
Yes. If you start the year on Pro and want to add another mid-season check-in, we'll prorate the change. Most owners pick a tier and stay with it.
Do I have to prepay?
Not at all. The Pay-As-You-Go option is always available — you just pay the per-visit rate without the prepaid discount.
What happens if my system needs a repair between visits?
Prepaid customers get priority on the schedule. The repair itself is billed at our standard rate (the discount is for the seasonal visits, not for parts and labour).
